Do NOT take any BlueChew products if you take medication containing nitrates or guanylate cyclase stimulators for pulmonary hypertension, as this could cause an unsafe drop in blood pressure. Do NOT consume BlueChew if you are allergic to sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, apomorphine, oxytocin, or any of their ingredients. Do NOT take BlueChew if you are under 18. Discuss your health with your provider to ensure that you are healthy enough for sex.
Before taking BlueChew, inform your healthcare provider if any of the following apply to you:
Have or have had heart problems such as a heart attack, irregular heartbeat, angina, chest pain, narrowing of the aortic valve, or heart failure
Have been diagnosed with long QT syndrome or have a prolonged QT interval.
Have had heart surgery within the last 12 months
Have pulmonary hypertension
Have had a stroke
Have low blood pressure or high blood pressure that is not controlled
Have a deformed penis shape
Have had an erection that lasted for more than 4 hours
Have problems with your blood cells, such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, or leukemia
Have retinitis pigmentosa, a rare genetic (runs in families) eye disease
Have ever had severe vision loss, including an eye problem called NAION
Have bleeding problems
Have or have had stomach ulcers
Have liver problems
Have kidney problems or are currently undergoing dialysis treatment
Have been diagnosed with a major psychotic disorder or have a history of psychosis.
Have been diagnosed with or treated for Parkinson's disease.
Have impulse control issues.
Have any other medical conditions
Sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, apomorphine, or oxytocin may affect how other medicines work (and vice versa), causing side effects.
Please inform your healthcare provider if you take any of the following medications:
Nitrates- Guanylate cyclase stimulators such as Adempas (riociguat)
Alpha-blockers such as Hytrin (terazosin HCl), Cardura (doxazosin mesylate), or Minipress (prazosin HCl).
HIV protease inhibitors, such as ritonavir (Norvir), indinavir sulfate (Crixivan), saquinavir (Fortovase or Invirase), or atazanavir sulfate (Reyataz)
Some types of oral antifungal medicines, such as ketoconazole and itraconazole (Sporanox)
Some types of antibiotics, such as clarithromycin (Biaxin) or erythromycin
Other medicines that treat high blood pressure
Other medicines or treatments for ED
Sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil should not be used with REVATIO or with other PAH treatments containing sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil, or any other PDE5 inhibitors (such as Adcirca tadalafil)
5HT3 antagonists such as ondansetron, granisetron, or palonosetron
Antipsychotic medications
Other dopamine antagonists
Individual responses to caffeine can vary. Even if you normally tolerate caffeine well, you may still experience temporary effects such as jitteriness, restlessness, shaking, digestive changes, anxiety, or nervousness. If these symptoms become concerning, discontinue the medication and contact us. Caffeine may impact sleep. If you notice it keeps you awake, avoid taking caffeine-containing treatments within 6 hours of bedtime.

INDICATION
Sildenafil, tadalafil, and vardenafil are active pharmaceutical ingredients found in prescription medications for erectile dysfunction (ED) and are also prescribed off-label for other conditions.
PAINFUL OR PROLONGED ERECTION:
Get Emergency Medical help if you have a painful erection (hard penis) or an erection lasting longer than 4 hours. This may happen even when you are not having sex. If this is not treated right away, it may lead to lasting sex problems, and you may not be able to have sex.
ALLERGIC REACTION:
Get Emergency Medical help for any allergic reaction, like rash, hives, itching, red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin with or without fever, wheezing, tightness in the chest or throat, trouble breathing, swallowing, or talking, unusual hoarseness, or swelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat.
OVERDOSE:
If you think there has been an overdose, call your poison control center or get medical care right away. Be ready to tell or show what was taken, how much, and when it happened.
